We're open for support from Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST.
However we prefer that you email us at help@gentlebarn.org as we are not always available to answer the phone.
When leaving a message on Saturday or Sunday please be aware that we are not back in the office until Monday morning and depending on the amount of phone calls and emails it can take us a day or two to get back to you.
If it is Sunday and you are not sure if we will remain open due to weather conditions, please check our status page (https://www.gentlebarn.org/sunday-status) as we will not be in the office to answer the phone.
